Filing a takedown notice

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material to be removed (URL).
3. Your contact information.
4. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice including the same elements above and a consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts that receive three (3) valid notices within any 12-month period. See also our Content Policy.

SLA

We action valid notices within 48 hours of receipt.
