Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of gptimage2.plus (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the Service.

2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, real-person deepfakes, or content that infringes third-party rights. See our Content Policy.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of inputs and outputs you create, subject to OpenAI’s usage policies. By marking an output public, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it in our gallery for promotional purposes.

5. Credits & payments

Subscription credits expire on cancellation (after a 30-day grace). Credit Pack credits expire 24 months after purchase. All charges are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.

6. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts that receive three valid DMCA notices within any 12-month period.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
