To keep gptimage2.plus safe and lawful, the following are strictly prohibited.

Always prohibited

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexualized content involving minors. Detected content is reported to NCMEC and accounts are permanently banned.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated.
• Real-person deepfakes used to deceive, harass, or harm — especially of public figures, minors, or for sexual content.
• Content depicting graphic violence, gore, or terrorism.
• Content infringing third-party copyrights or trademarks — see our DMCA Policy for takedown process.

How we enforce

• Prompt moderation via OpenAI’s moderation endpoint.
• Image safety classifier on every uploaded image and every generated output.
• Hash-matching against the NCMEC PhotoDNA database for CSAM detection.
• Automatic NCMEC reporting on confirmed CSAM matches.
• Three-strike rule for repeated policy violations (also enforced for DMCA per our DMCA Policy).
