No refunds

Because gptimage2.plus is a digital service that delivers credits and generated images instantly upon payment, all charges are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions and to one-time Credit Pack purchases.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. Unused credits expire per our Terms.

Credit Packs

One-time Credit Pack purchases are non-refundable. Pack credits expire 24 months after purchase per our Terms.

Service failures

If a generation fails for technical reasons (system error, blocked output under our content policy, etc.), the consumed credits are returned to your account automatically. This is not a refund — your credits are restored so you can retry.

Chargebacks

Please contact us at billing@gptimage2.plus before disputing a charge with your card issuer. We respond to all Stripe chargebacks and resolve most issues within 24 hours.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy waives statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Where local law grants you a right of withdrawal, note that under EU consumer law that right lapses once digital service performance has begun with your prior express consent — i.e., once you generate an image.
