Always prohibited

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any sexualized content involving minors. Detected content is reported to NCMEC and accounts are permanently banned.
Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated.
Real-person deepfakes used to deceive, harass, or harm — especially of public figures, minors, or for sexual content.
Content depicting graphic violence, gore, or terrorism.
Content infringing third-party copyrights or trademarks — see our DMCA Policy for takedown process.

Prompt moderation via OpenAI’s moderation endpoint.
Image safety classifier on every uploaded image and every generated output.
Hash-matching against the NCMEC PhotoDNA database for CSAM detection.
Automatic NCMEC reporting on confirmed CSAM matches.
Three-strike rule for repeated policy violations (also enforced for DMCA per our DMCA Policy).

Anyone — including non-users — can report content at /abuse or by emailing abuse@gptimage2.plus.
