What we collect

• Account data: email, name (optional), profile image (Google sign-in only).
• Generation data: prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, parameters.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store the customer ID, not card details.
• Technical data: IP, user-agent, request logs (≤30 days).

How we use it

To provide the Service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

Third-party processors

OpenAI (image generation, prompt moderation), Stripe (billing), Cloudflare R2 (image storage), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (rate limiting), AWS Rekognition (image safety), PostHog (analytics, no-cookie mode), Sentry (errors). The EEA/UK data-processing relationship is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.

Retention

• Uploaded originals: deleted after 30 days unless you save them.
• Outputs: retained per your account settings.
• Logs: 30 days.
• Billing records: 7 years (legal requirement).

Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)

• Export your data or delete your account at /account/data (deletions have a 30-day grace period).
• Opt out of analytics via the cookie banner (EU/UK).

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13.
